Another limited edition from Bruichladdich and famous for being made with the most heavily peated barley in the world. Here we have crisp, malted barley then sweet oak, giving notes of vanilla, toasted rye bread and walnut to go along with intense peat smoke and salty sea air. Bottled at cask strength, the Octomore 6.1 is not for the faint hearted.
