Ballindalloch Single Sherry Cask Scotch

Ballindalloch Distillery is a family-owned, small-batch Highland Scotch whisky distillery located on the historic Ballindalloch Estate in Speyside, Scotland. Known for its traditional production methods, the distillery focuses on crafting single malt whiskies using locally grown barley and pure spring water. Established in 2014, it prides itself on quality and heritage, with each stage of production done on-site, ensuring a hands-on, artisanal approach to whisky-making.

Cask #112 is an oloroso sherry butt which was originally filled on 12th of March 2015 and bottled on 27th August 2024 with an outturn of 653 bottles. Bottled exclusively for the UK market.
