Clocking in at an impressive eight years old, their 100% unpeated spirit started life in ex-Bourbon casks before la double maturation in ex-Sauternes wine barriques for 30 months. Showcasing all the classic Western Highland characteristics you’ve come to expect but with added stone fruits, apricot jam, marzipan and a spicy wee green peppercorn tang in the background.
