Adelphi St Kilian 6 Year Old German Whisky is from a single madeira cask.
For this release, Connal visited their friends at St. Kilian in Germany, and was to be privileged to be showcasing their renowned distillate in a very pure form.
6 Years Old, heavily peated, matured fully in a single first fill Madeira Cask, and bottled at a cask strength of 58.0% ABV.
This has bags of depth, straddling everything from herring, scallop shells, and seaweed through to birch forest, funky apple cider, and white balsamic vinegar. Deeply spiced, rich, and enticing.
One of only 394 bottles in the world produced.
